Sr. Lease Auditor

OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Lease Auditor to join our team in a confidential capacity.
This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in commercial lease audits, particularly in areas such as OPEX, CAM, RET, insurance, and utilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring lease compliance, identifying savings opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesConduct pre-audit reviews and detailed expense reconciliations across various lease types (commercial, retail, medical, industrial).
