Sr. Legal Counsel

At OMRON, we are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Sr. Legal Counsel to support our operations in Mexico and across the region.

This role is a key partner to the business, ensuring legal alignment in commercial strategies, managing risks, and supporting high-impact decisions.

What you will do:

• Provide legal guidance to ensure alignment with business and commercial strategies
• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across operations and transactions
• Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and HR

What we are looking for:

• Law degree with valid license to practice
• 8+ years of experience in corporate legal roles (in-house or law firm)
