Position Summary: The position has overall responsibility for all financial matters related to the Sanimex Vitreous Operations in Mexico, a large‑scale, complex, multi‑plant manufacturing organization consisting of approximately 2,875 employees. This role serves as the principal financial advisor to the Director of Operations – Sanimex and all key members of Plant and Operations leadership. The position executes responsibilities in full alignment with Kohler Co. policies, procedures, governance standards, and matrixed organizational structure.
