Senior Operations Manager – Final Pack
The senior operations manager leads a team of employees in the Final Pack area, ensuring production plan fulfillment, safety, quality and efficiency while maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
Promote safety and quality by implementing tools such as proactive safety, risk assessment, and LOTO.
Ensure compliance with product, QA, and IMS standards.
Align Final Pack operations with internal and external customer requirements and business strategy.
Maintain and improve production plans, scheduling and sequencing while optimizing resources.
Track and report critical area metrics.
Participate in the deployment of business strategy for the group.
Execute HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP) and provide training, feedback, monitoring and support to shift and team leaders.
Analyze data for Local Consolidation and Capacity Review.
