Sr. Product Quality Engineer (Onsite) - Aeroestructuras

What You Will Do
Develop and maintain quality systems, control plans, and inspection methods to ensure compliance of aerospace components and assemblies.
Lead product and process quality activities, including risk management using core tools (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, Control Plans, PPAP).
Define and execute validation and test strategies in collaboration with design engineering to ensure product reliability and performance.
Drive root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and escape management for internal and customer-reported issues.
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including change management and work transfers.
Implement engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process capability.
Act as a key quality representative within cross‐functional aerospace programs.
Promote a proactive, zero‐defect culture and continuous improvement mindset.
