Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer working on complex digital products.

Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution, balancing long‐term vision with hands‐on delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Experience contributing to or working with design systems, including reusable components and interaction patterns.
Experience designing or contributing to AI‐assisted or decision‐support experiences.
