Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization Support the Demand Planning function by ensuring accurate demand insights, performance tracking and cross‑functional alignment across categories and channels. The role focuses on demand analysis, performance monitoring and inventory insights to support commercial decision making. Key Responsibilities Brand Review (Core Responsibility)
Prepare the monthly Brand Review report, including YTD and YTG category analysis.
Analyze performance versus forecast and plan, identifying sales upside opportunities and demand risks.
Identify excess inventory, slow‑moving items and stock imbalance across channels.
Support cross‑channel inventory reallocation opportunities to maximize sell‑through and reduce excess.
Participate in bi‑monthly in‑person Brand Review meetings with Marketing and Commercial teams, sharing insights and supporting decision making.
