TA Manager
An automotive industry company currently undergoing expansion is seeking its new TA Manager.
Position Objective
Lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for both operational and corporate positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- +5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in both operational and corporate recruitment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with shop floor recruitment, job fairs, and field recruitment activities.
- Results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and sense of urgency.
- Advanced English is required.
