Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monthly preparation of performance KPIs and development of new indicators to support the decision-making of the CSC management team
- Preparation and participation in monthly performance meetings with CSC client countries
- Collaboration with the regional D&D department to generate performance reports using BI and BO tools
- Preparation of the annual budget, monthly monitoring of CSC costs and analysis of deviations from the budget
- Monitoring stabilization and process improvement activities
- Monitoring customer countries' satisfaction through a quarterly NPS survey, analysis of results and formulation of action plans
- Support to the CSP manager in general management activities and participation in studies aimed at improving the performance of the CSC
