Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
~ Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company's business needs.Local Channel Management
Develop and maintain local recruitment channels in Mexico.
Build a talent pool with a focus on the manufacturing, chemical, and new materials industries.Interviewing & Assessment
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' professional skills, language ability, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with business departments to coordinate second-round and technical assessments.Onboarding Support
~ Assist new hires with onboarding procedures, including contract signing, IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) registration, and background checks.Recruitment Data & Reporting
~ Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, channel efficiency, etc.) and generate regular recruitment reports.Employer Branding
~ Represent the company in local recruitment events, university partnerships, online...
