As Strategic Access Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the local patient access strategy, ensuring timely and sustainable access to Novartis therapies across Peru. Working at the intersection of healthcare systems, policy, and innovation, you will lead high-impact access initiatives, translate data into meaningful insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to improve outcomes for patients, healthcare stakeholders, and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and submission of patient access and reimbursement dossiers to local authorities.
• Design and execute the local patient access strategy aligned with healthcare system priorities.
