Job Description
The Strategic Business Development Manager (EMEA) is a strategy ‑ led, analytically driven role that partners closely with senior business leaders, Corporate Strategy, and regional functions to identify, shape, and enable significant growth opportunities across the EMEA region.
The EMEA region comprises 3,000+ employees with dedicated strategy and commercial teams aligned to each Customer Operating Unit (COU). This role operates between global corporate strategy and the individual COU strategies, focusing on identifying and shaping new growth opportunities rather than owning direct P&L or sales execution. All revenue generated is ultimately captured within existing COUs.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to identify and evaluate new “big bets” for UL Solutions in EMEA — both organic and inorganic — and to translate market insight into tangible growth initiatives in partnership with global functions and regional leaders.
