About the Role
MRU Camps is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in sharing their knowledge, passion, and expertise with children and youth. Under the supervision of the Youth Programming Coordinators, the Substitute Leader is responsible for assisting Instructors with lessons and engaging with campers in a variety of activities such as crafts, sports, and games. Additional responsibilities include the completion of required administrative duties and maintaining smooth, cooperative, and professional relations with staff, campers, and parents. Substitute Leaders will also work with Volunteers.
These are casual positions ending August 28, 2026. Substitute Camp Leaders must be available to work flexible schedules and on rotating shift assignments based on programming needs between 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
