Warranty SupervisorPosition ObjectiveThe Warranty Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warranty operations across the dealer network, ensuring compliance with OEM policies, operational efficiency, and high-quality warranty claim processing.This role supervises day-to-day warranty activities, supports and guides dealers, and coordinates with internal teams to improve warranty performance and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warranty operations and outcomes across the dealer network.Lead and oversee end-to-end warranty claim processes: submission, validation, approval, and reimbursement.Ensure dealership compliance with OEM warranty policies, procedures, and technical standards.Provide guidance, training, and escalation support to dealer service and warranty teams.Monitor warranty KPIs, claim quality, and turnaround times; follow up on deviations.Supervise warranty analysis to identify trends, risks, misuse, or improvement areas.Coordinate implementation o...
