Coordinating between sales teams, warehouse operators and forwarders in delivery processScheduling and arranging book-ins customers and schedule deliveries with respect to customer requirements and forwarder resourcesCoordinating and monitoring of the customs clearance process for exports and importsTracking and tracing the status of shipmentsConducting and reporting on weekly basis the performance reviews with transport providersMaintaining and analyzing the supply chain performance by recording non-conformitiesConducting and reporting on weekly performance reviews with transport providers (OTTR performance)Cooperating with all parties in determining the most effective and efficient logistics solutionCoordinating and processing of return inquiriesBeing engaged in process improvement activities WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
