Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound material flow, warehousing, inventory management, internal material handling, and outbound distribution of finished goods.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sourcing, production, and distribution to maintain uninterrupted plant operations and meet production requirements.
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize service levels, inventory positioning, and cost efficiency across the supply chain.
- Drive inventory accuracy and control through robust processes, cycle counting programs, and system alignment.
- Manage transportation planning and execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers.
- Oversee warehouse operations, layout optimization, and material flow efficiency within the plant.
