- Tlaquepaque Local IT team supervision
- Onboarding & offboarding main contact/IT activities coordination, IT induction
- L1 support on Laboratory Operating System PCs
- IT Best practices on Laboratories
- IT supplier planning, supply chain and good/service receive control
