Create, publish, and maintain job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors
Support with preparing offer letters and contracts in collaboration with HR Services
Support the preselection process by screening applications against basic criteria and forwarding suitable candidates to the responsible recruiter or hiring manager
Assist with recruiting reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
Act as a point of contact for administrative topics across HR (HR Services, Payroll, Works Council, etc.)
Your Profile
First professional experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or assistant roles
Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
International experience through previous employment and/or academic studies, demonstrating cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
