Objective Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position is pivotal in creating an exceptional Mars recruitment experience across internal and external recruitment.
The TA Coordinator acts as the conduit to ensure smooth interactions between Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, P&O Ops, Associate Relations, Talent Mobility, P&O Business Partners and Candidates (among others). This role is the source of truth on some of TA's fundamental practices and ways of working across job posting, contract generation and pre-boarding and works to build a strong Mars reputation throughout the recruitment process.
This role works across all Mars segments and functions across MyP&O supporte countries.
