Manulife is seeking an experienced **Talent Acquisition Manage** **r (6 months contract)** to join the team to drive recruitment for our Hong Kong businesses. This is a critical role in the team, playing a key responsibility in helping the business maintain its strong business results and achieve its strategic objectives by identifying and hiring strong talent to the firm.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high quality hires.
+ Assess candidates using behavioral based interviewing to ensure top quality talent is selected.
