This role supports recruitment efforts for critical, hard-to-fill roles across operations, engineering, technology, supply chain, and leadership positions.

In this role, you'll enhance the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for Hiring Managers and Candidates. It also offers market intelligence and sourcing support for hard-to-fill roles. Our Talent Acquisition team's strategies are to identify, attract, and retain top talent to support Seaspan’s projects.
