Job Description

The main objective of this role is to manage the recruitment and selection process for external companies, taking into account their competencies and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Receive client requests for new job openings.
  • Source candidates by posting job opportunities across different channels.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to screen out candidates who do not meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews.
  • Select a shortlist of the best candidates interviewed and check their professional references.
  • Coordinate potential second or third interviews with the client.
  • Prepare candidate interview reports and recruitment results.
  • Interpret psychometric assessments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
