Job Description
The main objective of this role is to manage the recruitment and selection process for external companies, taking into account their competencies and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Receive client requests for new job openings.
- Source candidates by posting job opportunities across different channels.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to screen out candidates who do not meet the job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews.
- Select a shortlist of the best candidates interviewed and check their professional references.
- Coordinate potential second or third interviews with the client.
- Prepare candidate interview reports and recruitment results.
- Interpret psychometric assessments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
