About the role:

As a Tech Leadat PayU (a Rapyd Company), you will drive the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of distributed payment systems that process millions of transactions daily. You will lead a cross-functional squad, ensuring the team designs secure, scalable, and maintainable software aligned with general Rapyd engineering standards. You will balance hands‑on development with leadership—mentoring engineers, defining best practices in CI/CD, observability, and architecture, while fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
