At least 2 years of experience in sales team management
Successful track record of sales in insurance industry
Must have a COP certificate.
Must have a minimum of a diploma certificate, a degree in business field is an added advantage.
Minimum of a C plain .
Over 2 years of experience is salespeople recruitment, training, mentorship and coaching.
Excellent people relation skills.
Ready to relocate or already residing in kitengela or its environs.
