Lead and support a team of technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for solar PV, BESS, and substations.
Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of AES Clean Energy facilities.
Enforce safety standards: stop unsafe work, report incidents, and support regional safety initiatives.
