Aboout the Role
- Bachelor’s degree FINISHED in computer science, electronic engineering or information technology.
- English Advance level C1 B2 ADVANCE
- At least one year of experience in information technology technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Zscaler, Microsoft Intune, Ms Visio, Okta, Smartview, Ms Project, MS Sharepoint, VPN Checkpoint, Adobe Acrobat, MS Team, Zoom, WebEx.
- Basic experience in Cisco technology: Router 3800 series, Switches Catalyst 9600 series, Videoconference Cisco Bar pro and Quad camera model.
- Basic experience in HP desktops hardware model latitude 840, Zbook model 11, Dell Pro Micro desktop and Dell pro Laptop
