Minimum 4+ Years in Technical Recruitment – LATAM

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented LATAM IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mexico. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers across the LATAM market.

The recruiter must be fluent in both Spanish and English and should be well‑versed in LATAM hiring practices, employment models, and recruitment processes. The candidate should also be capable of handling niche and high‑priority hiring requirements within tight timelines and fast‑paced environments.

• Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment for contract and full‑time requirements.
