Job Description

Principal Accountabilities


In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Applications Engineering
  • Collaborate with CAM to deliver product demonstrations.

  • Educate, and train Distributors, SI's and End User’s about Epson products.

  • Provide pre- and post-sales applications support to meet customer requirements.

  • Support Channel teams, SI’s and End Users by providing assistance in resolving technical
    and application issues.

  • Collaborate on exceptions to procedures and escalate applications issues.

  • Provides technical feedback to Product Management, based on customer feedback.

  • Provide telephone, email, and on-site engineering support for applications’ related issues.
