Principal Accountabilities

Applications Engineering
Collaborate with CAM to deliver product demonstrations.Educate, and train Distributors, SI's and End User’s about Epson products.Provide pre- and post-sales applications support to meet customer requirements.Support Channel teams, SI’s and End Users by providing assistance in resolving technical
and application issues.Collaborate on exceptions to procedures and escalate applications issues.Provides technical feedback to Product Management, based on customer feedback.Provide telephone, email, and on-site engineering support for applications’ related issues. Service Support
