Enabling Key Account Manager’s and Sales Managers through proactive collection of market intelligence, both opportunities and threats, through knowledge and promotion of cross product / segment AkzoNobel offer and the quantification of value delivered.
Key Activities
Deliver technical service aligned with business strategy across Metal Coatings product groups.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective technical support, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
Develop technical expertise to support customers, product transfers, and process improvements.
Optimize customer processes, systems, and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Conduct customer audits and provide technical training when required.
Resolve process and product-related technical issues.
Coordinate product activities or modifications with PSO/RD&I.
Build strong customer relationships across different level...
