Job Description
UnifyCX is looking for extraordinary Technical Support and Customer Service Agents to join our motivated team.
What Will You Do?
As a Technical Support and Customer Service Agent, provide world-class customer service through every interaction offering solutions to any customer’s issue or concerns in reference to their mobile hotspot and internet service through calls and chat. You will use all resources available to discover root causes and prevent future issues, assist customers with payments, account changes, upsell, respond to billing inquiries, and resolve technical issues from remote troubleshooting to dispatching a technician.
In this role you will:
- Use every resource available to resolve customer’s issue.
- Dispatch appropriately according to the need and SLAs.
- Support Field Operations team members with work orders’ inquiries and communication with the customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
