Technician, Maintenance

SUMMARY
Assures building is in excellent operational conditions by following preventive maintenance instructions.
Performs simple repairs to the building and equipment.
Reports any need for maintenance and/or janitorial services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as directed by the maintenance and security supervisor and the facilities technician sr.
Supports the maintenance team following instructions of the facilities technician Sr.
Provides cleaning support to building exterior; parking lot, sidewalks and gardening.
REQUIREMENTS
Level of Formal Education:Some high school.
Area of Study:
Years of Experience:One to two years.
Type of Experience:Experience in equipment repair and maintenance procedures
Special Certifications or Technical Skills:
Other/Preferred:General electrical, painting and plumbing knowledges
