Qualifications
  • Completed technical degree or incomplete professional degree
  • 1 year of experience in customer service and support for printing equipment (preferably Lexmark)
  • Excel proficiency
Responsibilities
  • On-site incident support
  • Management of requests and incidents
  • On-site user support
  • Conduct plant walkthroughs
  • Prepare Excel reports on incident resolution and SLA compliance levels
  • Repair Lexmark multifunction printers
  • Install maintenance kits
  • Manage consumable requests and returns
  • Inspect plant equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Lexmark equipment
