Reporting to the Director, Direct Sales Channel, you will lead a team of Telemarketers to acquire new customers, perform promotion and marketing programs, also to provide account services to existing customers for meeting the business KPI target and company objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the telemarketing team to achieve Lead generation target and other business KPIs and SLA, through performing outbound calls and other direct marketing activities.

- Develop and manage lead sources for the company, leverage different kinds of business platforms, social media, e-commerce channels for leads generation and new customer acquisition

- Collaborate with Marketing team, develop and execute marketing and promotion programs, closely monitor the business progress and result
