Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 50–80 inbound & outbound calls daily
• Convert warm leads into confirmed orders
• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead pipeline
• Coordinate orders and tasks through CRM
• Dispatch sample kits and track conversions
• Maintain daily MIS and CRM reports
• Generate repeat business and cross-sell opportunities
