**Overview:**
The Territory Planning & Resource Productivity role is responsible for maximizing business efficiency by optimizing territory design, field force deployment, productivity tracking, and resource utilization.
The role ensures that sales and demand generation teams operate with the right coverage, frequency, and focus on delivering business growth and execution excellence.

+ Design and optimize sales territories based on:

+ Acreage / crop concentration
+ Dealer & retailer universe

+ Realign territories periodically based on business dynamics and manpower changes.
+ Support expansion planning for new geographies.
**Resource Productivity Management**
