Position: Tier 2 NOC Engineer

Work Modality: Hybrid (primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence)

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for voice and data services (wireline and wireless).
• Diagnose and resolve incidents in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate on-site engineers and provide support during technical interventions.
• Monitor networks and analyze alarms or service interruptions.
• Escalate incidents to Tier 3 when necessary.
• Participate in on-call rotating shifts.
