● Fleet Management: Lead the optimization and day-to-day management of our international fleet program, collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners.
● Market Pricing Tool Management: Support the annual maintenance of our global market pricing tool, including global compensation survey submissions, and proactively proposing system improvements.
