Track and Trace (Medellín)

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Track and Trace specialist at Journey Freight International. The role will be mainly located in Medellín, but some work from home is acceptable. The Track and Trace specialist will be responsible for monitoring shipments, updating tracking details, communicating with carriers, and providing timely updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Experience with tracking and tracing shipments


• Effective communication skills for interacting with carriers and clients


• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes


• Ability to work independently and in a team


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tracking software


• Fluency in English


• Previous experience in the logistics industry is beneficial
