Assist in Raceday surface preparation, site inspection
Assist in implement track and machine maintenance activities such as material top-up, machine preventative service schedule, SOP, etc.
Operate various agricultural and horticultural equipment and machinery (e.g. tractor w/harrow/float/wheel packer/drag, motor grader, water truck, articulated equipment, starting gate).
Develop machinery operation skill for maintenance and sampling of All Weather Track and Sand footing.
Develop working knowledge on Tracks, trotting ring, artificial, synthetic tracks and ground maintenance, racetrack assessment etc.
Co-ordinate with various internal department to ensure the daily operations run smoothly
Assist in project management and data collection for track studies.
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support
