DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and update training materials and program structures, ensuring thorough understanding of procedures and tasks.
- Create performance improvement plans and set measurable KPIs to improve the quality and effectiveness of training.
- Provide training on specific procedures and controls, fostering an environment conducive to high performance and professional growth.
- Inspire and motivate trainees, offering constructive feedback to both individuals and management to promote continuous development.
- Develop and manage training programs for new hires and existing employees, working with team leaders to address specific training needs.
