We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Training Team Leader / Senior Sales Trainer to lead and standardize training operations for sales teams in Bogotá. This role will oversee trainer performance, curriculum alignment, onboarding success, and collaboration between Training, Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams.

The ideal candidate has strong experience leading training teams in fast-paced sales or call center environments, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence through data, structure, and collaboration.
