Job Description Lead and oversee the tax function for US Tax and across the Americas, ensuring full compliance (direct & indirect taxes). Own tax reporting and income tax forecasting processes, including review and sign-off. Manage all tax compliance activities (income tax, VAT, Global Minimum Tax / Pillar 2). Lead tax audits and litigation, ensuring proactive audit readiness. Identify and mitigate tax risks, including training stakeholders on tax awareness. Act as key partner on Transfer Pricing matters in coordination with global teams.
