- Lead and oversee the tax function for US Tax and across the Americas, ensuring full compliance (direct & indirect taxes).
- Own tax reporting and income tax forecasting processes, including review and sign-off.
- Manage all tax compliance activities (income tax, VAT, Global Minimum Tax / Pillar 2).
- Lead tax audits and litigation, ensuring proactive audit readiness.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks, including training stakeholders on tax awareness.
