About You

As a UX/UI Designer you operate across both experience and interface design, creating intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent solutions. You take ownership of interaction patterns, contribute to design systems, and make design decisions grounded in user needs and accessibility. You are proactive, challenge assumptions, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the user experience while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Service Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
• 3–5+ years of experience designing interfaces for complex digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto‑layout, component architecture, prototyping, and file structure.
