The Value Delivery Senior Lead is a global role that will be accountable for designing and building a world-in-class Value Delivery Office, to unleash the power and maximize the value delivered by the Global Digital Operations (GDO) to the Mars businesses, ensuring an effective, innovative, and optimized organization.

Through Data Analytics, the Value Delivery Office is going to quantify and share the business impact of the Mars DT GDO initiatives, ensuring that the value delivered is clearly demonstrated and aligned with business objectives.
