Responsibilities
Develop and execute CFIN’s revenue and commercial strategy Build and manage a senior-level sales pipeline focused on enterprise and institutional partners Lead consultative sales conversations and close high-value, multi-year partnerships Define pricing models, revenue targets, and profitability frameworks for products and programs Implement CRM processes, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics Provide revenue forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to the CEO and Board Qualifications 12+ years of progressive experience in senior sales, revenue, or commercial leadership roles Proven success selling to large enterprises and managing complex, relationship-driven sales cycles Experience developing sales strategies, revenue models, and commercial pipelines Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite leaders and Boards
