Job Description
We are expanding our team in Latin America and looking for experienced Web Intelligence Analysts to support our presales, training, and customer success efforts across the region.The Role:
Conduct WEBINT/OSINT investigations as part of presales efforts
Deliver demos and Po Cs to prospective clients across LATAM
Train end-users on our platforms
Collaborate with Customer Success teams to strengthen client relationships
Represent the company at regional events and roadshows
Contribute to product conceptualization and testing
The Profile:
Experience in presales or technical sales support for OSINT/WEBINT solutions
Real-world experience in cyber intelligence operations, collection and analysis from open sources, social networks, and Darknet
Proven track record delivering demos and Po Cs
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
Strong report writing and intelligence analysis skills
