Carrier is looking for a Workday Human Capital Management Lead Analyst. In this role you'll translate business strategies into reality, solve problems, and partner with Product Managers to define the future of our HR technology platform.
Key responsibilities- Be a subject matter expert to business stakeholders while gathering requirements and consulting on Core HCM capabilities and configurations.
