Workers' Compensation Paralegal Va

**Responsibilities**- Responsible for daily interaction with clients, defense attorneys/adjusters and doctor offices- Manage attorney schedule efficiently (attorney-client meetings, court appearances, etc.)- Oversee status of cases through utilization of case management and billing systems.Run reports- Follow internal intake procedures after a client retains our firm- Enter and process all legal and medical mail, including AMEs, PQMEs, etc.- Prepare correspondence to opposing attorney, and/or insurance company- Ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress of their cases- Assist attorneys and other team members to manage caseload- Complete assignments and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisors**Qualifications**- At least 1-2 years of Workers' Compensation Law experience- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required- Excellent relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are required- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field- Exp...
