Workforce Planning Senior Analyst

**Role purpose**The Workforce Planning Analyst supports the shaping, enablement, and continuous improvement of enterprise workforce planning practices across Global Businesses (GB), Global Infrastructure (GI), and Geographic teams.Working closely with the Planning Service Lead, this role helps maintain high-quality data, guidance, and workforce planning practices within a global organisation.The role partners closely with stakeholders to ensure workforce plans are aligned to business objectives, cost plans, and long-term strategy.
